WORST Company EVER, i wanted to put ZERO star,

This is a company or a joke. They don't have a customer service or anything so you can talk to. \i am trying to log in to my account and it says wrong pin, and when i click on forgot pin, then tell me that I am not registered with them. And when i want to register, they say your account is already registered. JUST DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ON PINGO. THEY MIGHT BE A BUNCH CYBER ROBERS JUST TO STEAL PEOPLE'S MONEY.

To clarify: 1. Yes we are a real company that delivers over 1.3 billion minutes a month in International voice calls from an established Telecom provider. 2. We are one of the few providers to have 7 days a week customer service for 14 hours a day. 3. We don’t allow customer to sign up with multiple accounts, our customer service team can help look into your account if you would call them directly. 4. Customers can request a refund on remaining funds paid.
