I clicked a button. Hoops arrived. Great BUT!!!!!

Musical instruments are a personal thing. The online thing is great for parts and accessories but I would NEVER buy a kit online without seeing it, touching it, smelling it first. The more people use the online buying thing for major purchases, the more retailers will close down. I have no complaints about the online service, it works really well and it keeps prices competitive, but I hate it. I want old cardboard boxes of fiddly bits and lugs covered in dust, draws of old wing nuts etc.... You know where I'm coming from, but this sterile world won't allow it. Don't forget, you are selling things to passionate people, not white goods buyers. The hoops are fab though!! thanks
