I have booked a flight from KRK to TXL. The flight was very cheap but I was not informed:
- I have check in online 24 hrs before flight. I did it in the airport I have to pay 80 Euro.
- I was not informed that I can take only a handbagage, So I paid again twice (60 Euro).
If I bought this flight in AirBerlin directly I would be cheaper

Guys, probably you did inform me while booking about all those things but it would be nice if those informations were placed in the flight confirmation email. I booked the flight in August whilst it was in February. I read the confirmation before the trip but nothing useful was there (apart from flight details). It is a nice place to write down terms:
- you have to checkin online
- only handbagage

I am very glad you will add those info to that page but that will not change my situation - I paid 140Euro only because the information was not present in the place where it should always be in my opinion. What are my chance to get my money back. Let me gues....
