OK so snow causes transport problems - I understand that. But I don't understand why the company takes the phone number of the recipient of their flowers but then can't or won't phone to say something like "Happy Birthday! We have some flowers here for you but can't get to you today due to snow. We'll get them to you as soon as we can!" It was very important to me that these flowers arrived on the day I'd booked but they arrived 3 days late. I felt seriously let down by this company.
