GSF Car Parts

Put Registraion Number Plate on website and still sent wrong item

The website asks for Registartion number plate when searching for a part to ensure correct parts for "Your" car, so i inserted mine and searched for oil filters. Ordered the part clearly shown for my specific car and even asked an "Online Guru" to confirm it was the right item and I was sent the wrong part.... only found out when i was half way through my oil change and was forced to go to local shop and buy correct item. Was very dissapointed and stressed! However, i would buy again from them as the prices are good and quality is good but i would search/research else where thoroughly before buying "MY" part from their website..... its possbile it was just a one off mistake of the oil filter that i bought but id defo double check before buying because it wasnt the correct part for my car. I must say the delivery was SUPERB!! I received items 1 and half days after i ordered it and it was expected 3-5 days! For delivery i give 5 stars ***** but for accuracy i give 3 stars out of 5 ***

Dear Scott,

Thanks for your comments.

I will need more info from you to determine where the error occurred with your order. It does sound like a rare event as our site normally directs you straight to the correct part that you do require for your car.

Please contact us at website.sales@gsfcarparts.com so we can work out if it is a cataloguing error or a simple picking error in our warehouse and if there are any issues that still need to be resolved, or ring us on 0121 626 7981, with details of your order to hand, so we can bring this to a swift conclusion.

Regards.
The GSF web sales team.
