I though I had booked a car as they debited my credit card, but then would not confirm it or supply a voucher to pick the car up. They kept postponing the confirmation.Tried to cancel it but they were going to take 100% of my money as a cancellation fee. Tried to ring but on hold for ever. Never dealt with such a crap booking agency. Its a car booking its not that hard either you have a car for me or you don't, I want my money back. I am still waiting almost 9 hours later.
