Customer Service handled my issue promptly and expertly

They ballsed up my initial order and we believe there may be a glitch with their software as not all our details were picked up on the wedding invite. However, Customer Service were able to use my login to review my entry and agreed to reprint the invites with the correct details - very efficient.
