I ordered a dog coat which came promptly but was too big, so I got in touch with customer service (very easily I might add) and they said send it back which I did, they then emailed me to say they had received it and were sending a replacement, I recieved that very quickly and it was a perfect fit, their service and communication is second to none and I would use them again without question, thank you VioVet!.
