Absolutely exceptional personal service

This is a company obviously catering primarily for bulk orders of envelopes. I simply wanted 50-100 envelopes to match my grey headed A6 paper as the original supplier no longer produced them. Not only did Alan Maddern send two separate samples, one of which I chose as a near perfect match, but then sent 50 by 1st class post at a very reasonable cost. When they didn't arrive as soon as expected he immediately offered to send more - no questions asked.
In other words a small private customer like me received the same care and attention as a large money spender.
I couldn't recommend them highly enough - and I do a great deal of online shopping using Google as first port of call to find a good company.
