Y a t-il quelqu'un derrière les réponses automatiques?
Nous avons passé une commande le 1er mars de 8 chaises Charles Eames pour une valeur totale de 778.40 €.
Nous avons effectué le règlement en ligne avec Mastercard.
L'accusé de réception ne mentionnait pas de délai de livraison. Sur notre compte client pas de délai non plus.
C'est en nous connectant sur notre compte client 2 jours après nous constatons que le délai de livraison prévisionnel est juillet 2013. Ce délai vraiment trop long nous incite à annuler notre commande et à demander le remboursement. Nous avons reçu une réponse automatique de prise en compte de notre demande.
C'est à ce moment que nous avons consultés Truspilot et réalisé que Infurn avait des pratiques très douteuses et nous sommes très inquiets de la suite.

Delivery times are shown on the website in more than one place and you also have the opportunity to view this prior to placing the order under the Terms and Conditions.
The planned delivery for your items falls within the standard delivery time frame of 10 - 18 weeks and there is no delay with your goods. Moreover, the advertised delivery time is line with other on-line companies offering similar type products.
Although it may take a litle longer than you expected, we are continually working to make improvements. Over recent months we have changed transporters, warehouse and have found new suppliers in an effort to speed things up, but we also hope that the competitive price and superior quality make the wait worthwhile.
Meanwhile, I have emailed you in this respect.
