I purchased a pushchair in September 2012. The other day I noticed a problem with one of the wheels and therefore contacted Bambino Direct on the Thursday. By the next day I received an email from Bambino Direct telling me a replacement wheel had been sent out to me and would arrive on Monday. The wheel arrived on Monday morning as promised. I was very apprehensive when I discovered the problem with the wheel as I had bought the product online and therefore could not physically go to the store to return it in person but the representatives I spoke to were very knowledgeable in the process for resolving issues as well as being extremely helpful and pleasant. I didn't have to speak to various departments or people or make several calls to chase up a resolution. I work in customer service myself and therefore have very high standards for what in my opinion constitutes good customer service but to have my issue resolved within 24 hours and the wheel actually received within 48 hours exceeded my expectations. I will have no reservations in recommending Bambino Direct to anyone as in my opinion the standard of customer service in any company only becomes apparent in the way they resolve customer issues and complaints!
