We are glad you find the products good value for money. It's important to remember that these are foods which are specifically formulated for weight control rather than an actual milkshake. The composition of this type of product is set at EU level (making the recipes from company to company very similar). These products are fortified with vitamins and minerals and contain a significant amount of protein, more than a regular milkshake might contain. We find some customer like to mix the shakes with ice as they say it makes them creamier :) We hope this helps and thank you for the review.
