I own an online business and started using MyHermes in April. If everything goes according to plan your parcels will be delivered, usually a day or so late.
But if your parcel gets lots or forgotten about you have to spend literally hours to sort out their mistakes. It starts by them promising to get an "investigation team" to search for the parcel. They then don't communicate. When you call again they say the parcel has been found and will be delivered the next day. So you wait and of course it won't be delivered, so YOU call them again, they never bother making the effort. You are then told they will check with the depot. After a day or so, YOU call again to be told the depot will send it out tomorrow. After that you go back to being told they will "investigate". After WEEKS, I am not exaggerating here, they finally deliver your parcel and pay compensation by repaying your initial sending fee. This has happened several times now.
MyHermes, if you are reading this, I don't have time for that! Who is compensating me for my time?? My new years resolution: I will go and ship with DHL or FedEX, I've had enough.
I ordered from Vertbaudet and never received the product. About a week after the the expected delivery date I logged on just to find the order had been cancelled. They sent no email, no phone call, nothing. When I finally managed to contact supposed customer service, they could not even bring themselves to apologise. Really shabby.
