Got a email quote back for battery replacement and resealing for my Tag Heuer within 24 hours of submitting an online enquiry.
I accepted and posted the watch. The next day I got an unexpected email from Watchfinder stating that they had received the watch and it was with the service department. I must admit you do not expect service and consideration like this in this day and age in the UK.
That was at 10.24am last Thursday. I got the watch, sparkling and gleaming with new battery, at 10.00am this morning Wednesday. I had also received a call yesterday from Watchfinder to say that the Tag as going out that very day.
Again, you just don't expect such consideration and quality service these days in the UK.
£40 very well spent and very good value.
