No Customer Service POOR ORDERING SYSTEM!

Just to say your customer service and ordering system is no worth 0 Stars.

I ordered tools on monday no issue email received saying been dispatched and delivery will be on Tuesday.

I chose a alternative address of which a school i contract into, so no numbers where given but on my home address i gave my mobile. Which funnily enough is the the same.

So a simple check would have shown that.

Email you to say i haven't received my tools, but get a message to call [Name]?

To be honest errors should have be flagged up before you took my money!

And i haven't received any cancelation email from you.

To be honest no apology or anything,

Now i have to go and buy my tools from elsewhere.

Obviously this is how you treat all your customers?, the funny thing is once i got my tools from you i was going to order the full Makita full set which was over £1000 pounds.

I still can't believe how companies operate and how easily they let down customers.
