First of all the website order would now take my card details, I phoned and the order was taken over the phone, I was told delivery would be 14-21 days from the date of the order. I received confirmation by e-mail which was in order. However I phoned after approximately 14 days because I still did not have a delivery date, spoke to someone called 'Andy' he told me to phone another number, which I did, they were not very helpful, told me I would be notified by post of the delivery date. Another few days went by still no delivery date, I phoned again, I think it was onthe 20th day after my order, spoke to Andy again, he told me to ring the number again, I told him they weren't very helpful last time, could he ring the number, he did, they told him it would be delivered on the 28th day after my order was placed. I complained but all he said was that it wasn't his fault it was the fault of the delivery people, I told him I placed the order with My Next Mattress not the delivery people, but all he could say was that it wasn't his fault. When the order was taken the chap was very helpful, it seemed to me that after I had paid and ordered they just didn't want to know.
