2 weeks later and no lenses..........and no help from customer service.

12 days after ordering my lenses they have not been shipped. After receiving several generic emails stating that my order will be processed soon and shipped within a couple of days I decided to try the customer service number. This initially rang through to voicemail but after trying several times I got to speak to a real person. This person had to allegedly check via email with their warehouse (apparently they cannot call or put me through to the warehouse) as they were not able to track my order. The response that I received was that they will be shipped in a few days......which is what the original email told me nearly 2 weeks ago.

I doubt I will see this order. I am almost certain that I won't see a refund either. I genuinely believe this business is a sham.
