Everything was as fantastic as other reviewers have said, really.
The only slight disappointment was when I tried to change the pickup from Friday to Monday - I was told that this had been successful, but the UPS guy still arrived on Friday afternoon expecting a parcel. Fortunately, I had it ready to send as the reason for delaying pickup was to ensure that the recipient would be around to receive the package. In the end everything worked out ok, but if the change had been mission critical, I'd have had a fairly unhappy UPS guy to let down.
Aside from that the whole experience was great and Parcel Hero will be my first port of call with future requirements for parcel pickup.
