Put broadband price up mid contract!!

Not happy having received a letter stating that the broadband price was going up by 10%. I'm sure this is covered in their contract somewhere that they have the right to do this, but morally it is wrong of them to raise the price in an agreed, time specific contract!

2 1/2 stars really - OK and wouldn't totally criticise but not great

Bought a bathroom suite from them in December 2012 for a rental property I own in the UK. It is difficult to comment regarding the quality because I have never bought one before from anywhere else. I was disappointed though - at £1,600 for the suite (sale price) I was expecting a good quality product. After a week the chain came off the bath and sink which gave a bad impression. The toilet seat fittings are also exactly 100% the same as the ones in Wilkinsons at £4.99.

I recommend that they consider the quality of what they sell a bit more and test the products beforehand to avoid bad reviews of which there are lots.

Not great!

I own a ski chalet so know what standards should be kept and how things should be ran. I went on a holiday from stansted to meribel with Neilson as part of a trip a friend arranged and was very disappointed. The two chalet boys could not have cared less and told me that they were 'only staying around to get the money the company withholds until the end of their contract'.

Very poor levels of cleanliness also! NB: This holiday was mid March last year (2012) and the property was the Etoile D Neige if Neilson read these reviews!


Better than VRBO or Flipkey for us

Me and the hubby have advertised our chalet in Flaine with chalet hire for a year now and would thoroughly recommend to anyone considering listing with them. Because our property is located in a ski resort, VRBO & Flipkey never seemed to get us any bookings or generate any interest. Over the last 13 months we've had dozens from this ski property only rental site.
