I've ordered numerous times off this website and haven't really had a problem; all my items have been correct and undamaged.. However, E5P need to work on their holding status! I've literally just picked one more item to put in my basket so it wasn't a wasted trip ordering just one bag, and throughout looking for my items the bag was in stock. As I clicked 'checkout' the bag had disappeared from my basket! E5P should have some sort of holding system for each user; i.e. you log in, add something to your basket and it is reserved for you for 5 minutes or so so you can add other things to your basket. Then if it is not paid for after 5 minutes it gets released back to the general public. I wouldn't mind losing items in this was as at least everyone had a fair chance of holding something they want while they shop for something else!
Please consider this as I know I'm not the only person extremely annoyed by this situation!
