collected parcel monday, tuesday its missing, now they want to rebook collection for the next day!

I have read most reviews here, seems there all the same so i wont bother other than to say HOW THE HELL CAN A COMPANY EXIST LIKE THIS!
I have found a word that sums up this company: PISSPOTICAL!
I think they would more suit a name like shity link!
