Placed an order for a large towel rail and collected it from the warehouse the next day. However, having placed it in position it was apparent that it did not suit the bathroom design as it fixing points would have been exactly on the join between the tiles an painted section.
Found an alternative unit and discussed the situation with the BathEmpire staff. Very simple to rectify the problem and a new radiator was available for collection within 4 hours when I returned the original one.
Good products, service and simple to exchange when, through our own fault, we needed something different.
