Exellent customer service - will shop here again without doubt!!

I had a problem with the mixer taps in our kitchen becoming loose. I contacted bath empire who responded immediately requesting I send a photo and summary of the issue. This was on the Wednesday morning and on the Friday I had new taps delivered to my home. No questions as all covered under the 10 year warranty. I cannot fault them.
