seems like there aren't any checks in place to stop companies posting reviews about themselves. It's the internet guys - guess you can't trust anybody :D

UPDATE: my perfectly legitimate review of WAE+ - which wasn't positive though I submitted using a completely legitimate order number - has just been taken down by trustpilot. Worse still, I wasn't even sent an email to inform me of the fact. I wonder why??? :D

I'm sorry to hear that you don't trust us. Making sure that consumers can trust the reviews they read is our no 1. priority. As a result we dedicate a lot of resources in this area.

Trustpilot is an open review platform, where any consumer can post a review about any company they bought from. We have a lot of processes running that constantly scan for suspicious reviews based on a vast number of parameters. In addition, we have a team of community supporters handling all reported reviews as quickly as possible.

Any consumer or company can report a review if they think it violates our review guidelines. It seems like your review was reported without any legitimate reason, and now it's public available again.

FRAUD SITE

The first review I put up was taken down without myself being informed- quite how trustpilot can justify doing this is anybody's guess - so I'm it posting again.

I'm quite astonished to see that this company is still allowed to trade.
They took my money for an item showed as 'in stock', made me wait a month after I paid extra for fast delivery, were uncontactable by email or phone, then told me the only way to get refunded was for me to issue a chargeback on my credit card.

If a company sells me something, refuses to deliver on their promise and furthermore to refund me, I think I'm quite well justified to call that FRAUD.

The very many five star reviews on this site are obviously being paid for by WAE+ management. Negative reviews are disappearing so it seems trustpilot are in cahoots. To get a truer picture of this company I suggest you look at:

EDIT: here is the proof that waeplus is paying for positive reviews on this site. Trustpilot are you listening?... Probably not.... I wonder why? :D
