No delivery dates

Ordering was efficient, but since placing order I have heard nothing more and have no idea if and when my order will be filled. Very disappointing

Mr Cooke,

Thank you for your email, and I am sorry you felt disappointed with regards to our service levels on your order.

I have looked into your order details today to establish what the issues have been and would like to explain these for you. Your order was placed on the 21st February for a mixture of products which had a number of different delivery timescales, the Ludlow Foundries range being next day and the Kirkpatrick range being 2 weeks. In these instances the delivery date for the whole order will always default to the longest time scale, in this case being 2 weeks. Therefore we would only view your order as being delayed once the 2 week schedule has passed, which is in fact today. This is the reason why you have not received any communication regarding a delay to your order, as the order is officially still within the stated timescale.

I have checked with the Warehouse Team this morning and they are able to despatch your order today.

Once again, please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused, we do take all such complaints seriously as we strive hard to achieve a 5 Star Review for every order, and I hope we can change your point of view going forward.
