Absolute nightmare to deal with, as below!

Sent my phone to this company on the 18th of Feburary, when I sen it recorded delivery as my phone is worth £106 on their site, unfortunately i never put the order slip in with my reference number (although from the comment it doesn't look as though they 'receive' phones regardless) anyway, I called and said that I didn't attach the order slip and the girl was very helpful advising, I would just need the ale and model and they would keep a look out in the lost phone department, I have called today to advise that it was delivered and signed for on the 19th, to which the reply was if you don't have th imei number then there is nothing we can do, I adv this is not what I was told and that I could not get the imei number as I purchased the handset from a friend. I have now emailed advising I sent the and set with my SIM card in and the number, if they bother to look and help their customers then they will find it, if not i will be contacting my lawyer and trading standards, a disgusting was to treat customers, I will be advising everyone I know o stay away.
