Good Customer Service, Rubish Delivery Company...

Full Bathroom Suite, White units Etc ordered from Victoria Plumb. Great communication E Mails and texts for delivery, driver phones on day of order and even gives a half hour slot. So far so good............
Every item delivered had a large scratch or scuff of some form on it, Customer Service excellent, replacements delivered within two days, guess what.....
ALMOST every replacement item scratched or scuffed....
Re Ordered for a third time........ Again no problems with Customer Service
Almost every box damaged, one item had very small scratch, (Decided to put up with that).
I spoke with the delivery driver telling him this was the third delivery, his answer, Oh Well at least you know the system for reordering........
Bottom Line... Good Items , Fair Price, rubbish delivery, if I had been relying on a plumber fitting the bathroom, the time delay would have been a nightmare.

Would I use again, yes, but only if delivery time didn't matter at all. quick delivery is only good if the items are delivered quickly and in good order................
