I left my order for a Christmas Day birthday present a little late for an air band scanner,which after placing the order it sank in just how busy a period it was for the company. Starting to panic a little I sent an e mail to them explaining, to which I received a response within a few minutes saying they were trying to prioritise items. After another day of thinking I had left it too late I had the e mail I was waiting for to say the scanner had been dispatched which I received when expected. Thanks to the team at proviation.I would definitely use again but I will think ahead in future to save me the nerves.
Update to original review, returned item as it wasn't working correctly,after lots of banging my head against a brick wall eventually had reply to say it was underperforming,and new one was on its way,that was a blatant lie,asked for refund sometime ago which was authorised,only to find out today that it would appear trading has ceased. This is a very unprofessional way of carrying out the business they did have as I guess that they could have informed customers before it got to this stage and due to lack of communication virtually all the time it makes it all the more suspicious. I am potentially £130 out of pocket,I won't hold my breath on getting it back so due to this I have posted this not that it actually makes any difference now. Just goes to show you can't believe everything you read about companies. 0 stars now by the way.
