Spartoo needs to look at its delivery options. Spartoo uses Yodel to deliver its parcels. In my area, Yodel only deliver Mon-Fri during business/working hours (despite the fact that their card says they deliver to residential addresses on Saturdays - not in my area though). The only other option that Yodel give is for you to collect the parcel from their service centre. For me, their service centre is in West Yorkshire (not even in the same county as me) and is an 80 mile round trip. I spoke to Yodel customer service and the best they could offer was delivery to my neighbour in another two days time. This is completely inadequate. Spartoo need to review their delivery methods or at least give a choice - Yodel are giving Spartoo a bad name in my opinion due to their poor quality of service.
