Ocean Lighting

Very very frustrating due to delivery company.

Failry happy with service from Ocean lighting themselves but very unimpressed with delivery company. Lamp arrived smashed - I then have to go through all the hassle of filling in a form, attaching a photo of damage, repackaging light then making arrangements for them to pick up the damaged lamp and redeliver the new one. Delivery companies like this are not convenient for people who work. They give a very wide window of when the delivery will arrive. Please use Royal Mail

Apologies that you have had issues with the courier company we use they are normally very good and give an hourly time slot when the mobile number is used when placing an order however at times when they are busy they may run outside this hour. I will pass on your feedback to DPD courier and will email you a discount code for any inconvenience caused. We have tried royal mail in the past and we had too many lost parcels with them.
