humm wont be doing that again...

From the start it has been a balls up - we used you so that it would have taken the sting, stress and mither out of sorting it all out and it seems like we have had to do more leg work. information requested that was never received, maps never loaded on to web page, passes never being delivered, no map for the bar passes at the hotel – the hotel still thinking that we were there for 2 nights and not 1?!? The list is endless. Don’t think that we would use you again nor would we recommend you to anyone.
