I do appreciate that things occasionally do go wrong but every part of our order went wrong. A wrong label was put on our initial order which meant that we received somebody else's items. The second delivery to replace the wrong item we firstly received got lost with the couriers! no one would to take ownership and track the delivery to ensure it was delivered safely.
When I complained I was told that the company does quite well considering how busy they are? unbelievable response to a customer complaint! how busy they are is not really my concern as a customer, if you they tell me that an item is in stock and is going to be delivered within a couple of days then they should do whatever is necessary to ensure that happens, it has now been two weeks since we placed our order and today we have received the final item. This poor service has delayed our bathroom fitters and inconvenienced us considerably.They offered to pay £35 as a good will gesture but considering our order was £750 and everything went wrong I think its a bit of an insult.
