Order a baroness 2000 mattress with Debenhams on the 4 January and after seven weeks it still hasn't been delivered and they would only deliver on a Wednesday! Cancelled the Debenhams order and placed new order with next day mattress. We were able to select a day of our choice when we could be there to receive the delivery and it came first thing in the morning. Thank you for providing good service as the larger stores have lost sight of what good customer service is.
