Much better than Royal Mail!

We have used Parcel Hero twice and both times it has been a quick, efficient service. A family member lives in New Zealand and two parcels were initially sent out by other relatives using Royal Mail and containing Christmas presents. One never arrived and the other arrived two weeks late! Fortunately, I sent out our gifts using Parcel Hero and this were the only parcel that arrived early. I then used them to send a painting to another relative in the USA and once again, the cost was very reasonable and the parcel arrive in only a couple of working days. An excellent service and I would definitely recommend.
