I ordered a spring perfect gift large bouquet for my mother in Aberdeen, what was delivered bore no resemblance whatsoever - it wasn't even similar and had about 7 flowers in it with 2 of them withered. I called customer services who took ages to get through to, they agreed a no hassle replacement bouquet and apologised.....an hour later a manager rang and said they were wrong to to this and that I had to allow the florist the chance to put the problem right ( despite the fact they should have done this from the start) I advised mum would be stressed if an unhappy florist was sent to the door to ask for flowers back....none the less they insisted this happened. I made collection arrangements only to find out the florist rang my mother whose details were given on the original order....told her what she thought of our complaint, made arrangements to collect the flowers then hung up.......absolutely shocking....customer services refunded but couldn't have cared less..........I got the impression it happens all the time.
