Upon calling them, I found the customer representative very friendly and assuring in taking my booking and guarantee that an engineer would visit my property quickly to assess and fix my boiler issue. Three days later, the engineer arrived and indentified the problem and repaired the damage. He also wrote everything down that was wrong with the boiler and summarised the work undertaken, which I found really helpful for future reference. I found GPS services a thoroughly professional and efficient company, and would not hesitate to contact them again if I had a boiler issue.
