Delivered the product, in the correct language and within the stated time.

I ordered a Canon Speedlite 430EX II from Simply Electronics because it was the most affordable option, had I realised by READING and UNDERSTANDING how long it would take for my purchase to arrive I may have opted for a different company.
Then I read the reviews, nearly all negative.

So like any reasonable person, I got worried.

First of all: Simply electronics operates on a 7-14 BUSINESS DAY turn over schedule for deliveries.
This means that you might see your order dispatched as late as THREE WEEKS into their lead time.
Of course, the reviews were off putting but I didn't let that phase me, I gave Simply Electronics the benefit of the doubt, as the only person to blame for ordering from them in haste was myself and if they were going to steal my money then I would at least give them the opportunity to fail to deliver the product before acting.

Although the processing and dispatch of the order took a couple of weeks, which is well within their lead time, DHL was fast and efficient at delivering the product to me.
I am happy to say that I received my goods and I have tested them thoroughly.

The product itself was set in the English language, the box that came with it was also English and the Canon box was sealed. It looks, feels and functions like the real thing, as far as I can tell it is a legitimate product.

Not only that but the Company responded to the Emails I sent them in a calm and polite manner.

I might be a special case amongst hordes of unhappy customers but having read their terms and not cancelled in haste, I can say that in the end: they delivered the product, on time, with the stated customer service obligations met via emails and the product is as stated in the correct language and packaging.

As much as some of you may dislike me for stating this, they came though. They met every obligation they agreed to when I purchased the goods from them.

There was no fault on their part, only mine for not reading that lead time before committing to buy.
