First class service from on line chat support

After a collection i had booked was missed by on of the courier company i contact parcels2go and spoke to Emily who very kindly re booked this for a same day collection with a different courier at no extra cost.
This is in my book a first class service as i believe Emily went above and beyond where she need to go to get this collected.
Based on om experience with the on line chat support team i would use parcels2go again.
