I ordered flowers as a birthday present which weren't delivered on the birthday although I paid for same day delivery at £7.95! They were then found days later wilted in a outside cupboard which didn't even belong to her. No card was left for her to say where they were. I tried calling eFlorist and was just on hold for ages so I gave up and emailed them.... twice I emailed and got absolutely no response to either except an automated reply to say they would be back to me within 48 hours. Then I got this email from them to say give us your opinion!!! I read lots of reviews after this incident and it seems that lot's of people have experienced being ignored by eFlorist. What is the point in having a Customer Service department if they don't bother to service the customers? One thing is for sure - I will never use eFlorist again. I never have problems like this with Interflora. Maybe they could learn a few lessons from them.
