I recently purchased a Maxi Cosi FamilyFix isofix base for my newborn's car seat. Unfortunately when using it for the first time one of the parts came loose. I contacted Precious Little One to get a replacement and was very impressed with the prompt response and super efficient service. They immediately agreed to replace the item with a brand new one and took away the faulty one at the same time. I don't normally write reviews but felt compelled to do so on this occasion as you have exceeded my expectations. Long may it continue!
