Very good customer service when things go wrong.

Placed an order for two tyres and two inner tubes as prices were very competitive.Delivery came very quickly but the inner tubes were the wrong size. After a very easy conversation with customer services the problem was rectified straight away with no fuss or bother. It is always how firms deal with the problems that makes the biggest difference.
