Cash 4 Phones

Awful

I sent my phones off 3 weeks ago. Valuation came to around £230, I tend to buy and sell phones and often send to other companies, However this was the first time i sent to Cash4phones and i think it will be the last. As soon as they received my phones which were in very good condition they offered next to nothing for them which didnt make sense. I complained and they said they will look into it and they ended up boosting all handsets to £40 which was even then ridiculous. I emailed the company numerous times which they ignored, i phoned and no answer. When i finally got through to them they offered an extra £40 which left me with £200. I was still £30 down but i agreed as they said its the best they can do. A week later i got the £40 but not the other £160, i called again and no reply. After a few days i tried again and the man was pretty helpful and sent out the payment telling me i will receive it by friday. I am not impressed by the service which i was provided with, i feel i should have compensation as i have been messed around for 3 weeks. I would strongly recommend no one who is desperate for cash sends there phone to this fraudulent company.
