bad experience!

41 days and I didnt get my parcel, the carrier send my parcel to SOUTH AFRICA instead of SAUDI ARABIA.
And now they are telling me that they dont have power over the shipment,what kind of service was that?
They will refund my money if the parcel is missing, great service!
I am so extremely DISSATISFIED!
