I ordered a product via Amazon; they sent the wrong product as it turned out the Amazon page was "wrongly linked" to their product database. Had to decline the delivery so the parcel returned to Kikatek. Still waiting for acknowledgement of the return and a refund. Will not order from them again.....

According to the DPD Parcel Website the item was returned to you last Friday 24th January at 9:34 am. Someone in your company called Tom signed for it.
Bought from them since 2003 and always been good reliable advice. Recommendation for a replacement sub-woofer was given as Wharfdale SPC-10 powercube. This was last Autumn, maybe I should have rechecked before ordering. Website still advertises a 5* What HiFi award recommendation. But I have been a bit disappointed with the performance of the subwoofer since taking delivery and when checking What HiFi Mar 2013 issue, they now only give it 4* and claims "Nearly a terrific subwoofer, but there are issues". For £250 I guess it's OK but I maybe should have re-researched and spent £400 on a better budget buy. Otherwise, Creative Audio themselves gave good service as always.
