At first I found Boohoo.com most satisfying, though as of late I have refrained from purchasing due my recent disappointments.
I purchased shoes, apparently a UK size 6, though they did not fit me.. I was hugely disappointed! I also purchased a crop top which was patterned and gorgeous on the website, though the pattern I Received did not entirely match the pattern printed in the magazine or the website.. A few week ago I purchased shorts, which were high waisted on the model and orange, though when I received them they were not high waisted, they were neon and they didn't fit, though I had purchased them in my size and in fact that same day I had purchased 2 pairs of shorts from a different shop which fitted perfectly!
I have nothing but praise for the customer service and returns team.
Overall, boohoo has fabulous clothes, very affordable though unfortunately I find that items do not completely match that shown on the site.
I would like to praise the customer care team at missguided.. Though an initial error occured with my delivery, I contacted them immediately and several emails later the issue was resolved, my dress arrived today and I love it! Customer care were kind and happy to help, though I might reccommend more communication among staff. Gorgeous clothes on the website too!
