should change there name to mistake because thats what i made buying from them bought a desk top was faulty reported it in first two days took 3 weeks to collect messed me about for 2 wek promising e mails and phone calls that never came got a different story off every person i spoke to then said they couldnt find ought wrong with it but as a gesture for the way ide been treated they would give me a full refund why if they was nothing wrong with it i strongly belive the machine was a refurb sold as new because when i asked em that thats when they offered me a full refund any body not sure wether to buy from them take a few minuites and read these reviews and good luck
