Awesome prices, but delivery took a while compared to others

Merlin had far and away the best price for the items I was looking for.

Delivery took 14 days in all which is understandable coming all the way from the UK to New Zealand, however I regularly order from Merlin's UK based rivals and receive goods in less than half that time.

Also had difficulties paying with Visa, (hung on the 'processing' screen every time) but that may've been a 3rd party issue. MasterCard worked fine.

Customer services were also excellent when I had a pre-purchase query. Certainly worth the wait and the awesome price.
