I got a delivery card through my door saying I had missed a Yodel delivery. The parcel number was so badly written I could not figure it out but assumed they would try and deliver again over the next few days so did not worry (I am on maternity leave so home a good deal of the time). I began to worry when nothing more happened so tried to track my package online but the site would not recognise my number. After a few tries moved onto the phone service and could not get past the long queues (small baby - do not have time for this). Finally I managed to get the online system to accept my number and found my package had been returned to sender - the question is what sender? I order lots of things online so have no idea what the package was or where it came from and Yodel do not provide any information to help. I can not even email them to ask as they do not offer customers an email address (probably because it crashed from too many compaints) so I will have to wait until my husband can take the baby and join the horrible phone queues to ask what the hell they were trying to deliver in the first place. What a truely pathetic service.
