Polite, persistent customer support, epically outstanding!

UPS couldn't find my address. Black circles customer service tirelessly chased up where my tyres were. They even did a follow up call later in the day to make sure I received the delivery. I am truly impressed and will be a repeat customer as well as recommend to friends.
