Sent flowers to my daughter for her birthday, she did not receive them!
What kind of service is that! Will never order from them again. If they can't deliver on time, what is the point. I don't need the flowers sent late, that is not what I payed for!

Many thanks for your feedback. We are truly terribly sorry that your flowers got delivered a day late and ruined your day. Of course, we understand how upsetting this is. I can see that we have already refunded your order, and that the flowers were delivered at 11:09 am on the 8th of March (a day late). I do hope however that your daughter enjoyed the flowers in the end. We do value your custom, and once again are very sorry for the late delivery.
